Very disappointed overall. We had to return two beds as they wouldn’t fit up the stairs. Solent Beds took off a big percentage (around £150!) from the refund even though we immediately reordered replacements through them. Same thing happened with a piece of furniture from M&S the next week who charged nothing! Lesson learnt. I would not use Solent Beds again which is a shame as I try to shop local.

Although the first dressing table arrived damaged, the staff provided excellent customer service in getting it replaced. The delivery guys were very professional and helpful.

I was phoned the morning of delivery to advise am or pm. Delivery was on time and delivery staff were pleasent and efficient. Item well protected and wrapped.
