Lovely staff, very efficient. Seen straight away.

So I went for a Viability Scan on Wednesday to put my mind at rest. Unfortunately I was too early so they advised that they would refer me to my local hospital. Its now been 2 days and I've not heard from them. The only time I heard from them was when they wanted to charge me £80 to have my bloods done. I did make an appointment the next day so out of courtesy I tried to ring them to let them know... number just rings out. The staff were friendly and did but my mind at rest whilst there but the after care was non existent.

I had my gender scan along with 2 4D Scans at Hey Baby, every time we’ve been made to feel so welcome by the whole Hey Baby Family and the experience has been amazing! 100% recommend to any pregnant Mommas&Daddys :)

Couldn’t have been made to feel more comfortable! Such a pleasant experience and also had such a laugh with the girls there too! Can’t recommend enough

Had most of my scans on a sunday and the receptionist was always amazing! so friendly, kind and professional! always made the experience amazing! We had the same sonograher 3 times and he was always amazing too, always made time for us and made sure we got lots of lovely photos!

Excellent reception and service rendered

Had a VIP 4D scan for our twins today. The staff were lovely and the sonography went above and beyond to get pictures of both our mischievous twins' faces. 100% would come again for any future babies.

Not very professional, being 32 weeks pregnant the sonographer couldn’t even get one decent photo of the baby. The whole reason for paying for this service was to bring my other children and it was a waste of time.

The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. I booked an appointment for reassurance purposes and I walked out happy and satisfied. Thank you for being patient with me :)

This was our 2nd visit. We had our first scan at 10 weeks and now the VIP 4D scan at 26 weeks. What a lovely friendly service we have received on both visits. Really able to relax and feel comfortable, the sonographer has been so lovely both times and really knowledgeable

Just had my first early scan today at my local clinic and it’s safe to say it was such a memorable pleasant experience! All the team there were so attentive, welcoming and made me feel so comfortable considering I was so nervous! I will definitely be returning for my gender scan and thank the team once again
