We have had multiple scans here since we found out we were expecting. We had two early reassurance scans, a gender scan and a 4D scan. Our journey to get pregnant hasn’t been the most easiest and the scans have helped provide some reassurance and comfort to us both. I’ve seen a few sonographers and each one has been lovely and patient with us. We have a cheeky monkey on our hands who doesn’t like to face the sonographer - for both our gender and 4D scan we had to have a walk and a rescan. They booked us in for this with no problems and even on the rescans they took their time with us. I would like to specifically say a big thank you to the specific sonographer who did our gender, 4D and rescans (I am unsure of her name but we saw her mainly on a Sunday). We didn’t feel rushed at all and she made sure we got some lovely pictures we were both happy with. I would definitely recommend here to any other expecting mummy's and their families. We will never forget these special memories, thank you!

We had a fantastic experience at our early reassurance scan! The lady at reception and the ladies that did the scan were so lovely and helpful! It was such a magical experience.

We went for a gender scan, having been before and following a great experience for the early pregnancy scan. This experience was no different, everyone was friendly and pleasant. The sonographer spent a lot of time on busting she had all the right angles to give us the gender, this wasn’t easy given the baby was moving about a lot! She was very reassuring throughout and made me feel at ease. Would definitely recommend!

Had a 4D vip package at 24 weeks 3 days. Scan was so lovely done by a lovely member of staff, Office was clean and was made very welcome.

Very warm and welcoming staff in Halifax. They clinic fit me in last minute after I had some bleeding and were very understanding and caring on the phone and in person. The scan was very informative and reassuring. The clinic was clean and tidy. Plenty of parking around the clinic and was easy to find.

Very friendly polite team. Clean and inviting. Answered all questions and explained the process and updates the whole way through.

What I liked: - Plenty of availability - friendly reception staff - sonographer was informative - Definatly the place to go if you are wanting to do a gender reveal - liked how there were toys for waiting children in waiting area. What I thought could improve: - The cleanliness - bins overflowing, untidy scanning room, dirty floor. - Unsure I got the entire time I had paid for but had been running a few minutes late so understandable. It felt incredibly rushed though. - Would have liked to know more about the sonographers from website - I felt unsure of the qualifications or even who was doing the scan. - The report you get at the end is unpersonal and it is not clear what information is actually being shared. I have had more personal and informative notes from NHS. I think overall, it was the most affordable place I could find but I wouldn't necessarily recommend this place for a scan other than for gender or 4D images. Which to be fair is what they advertise themselves as! But for a customer like me, who had come for reassurence after previous pregnancy loss, it didn't feel as comfortable as other private scan companies I have been to prior. It felt a little like a pop-up gift shop with someone running an old scan machine in the back, rather than giving the impression of being run by medical professionals. I would not want to get sad news in that environment personally.

Wouldnt go any where else after my experience They were very proffessional with a most welcoming and warm vibe Lovely people/staff Lots of car parks infront or an actual car park and also more parking bays a few doors down Which isnt expensive at all I think i paid 80p for an hour

Team was lovely the minute we walked in the door. Sadly we was early to hear the heartbeat but they was fantastic during the entire time. Definitely return
