Great experience for my gender reveal scan! Every scan I have had has been amazing both the sonographers and assistant staff are amazing

I had an early reassurance scan today - this is my first baby so I wasn’t really sure what to expect. The staff were so welcoming and friendly, it put me at ease as soon as I walked in. The sonographer was also really lovely and explained everything to me. Very happy with my experience and photo of baby. I’ll be coming back for a 4D scan when I’m a bit further along. We have used Hey Baby a number of times now and each time has been fantastic and we can’t fault the service at all. I haven’t named any staff member in particular as each person we have encountered (and we have met a number of people) have been absolutely brilliant, so it wouldn’t be fair to single anyone out as every single staff member has gone out their way to look after us! We have probably seen every ultrasound tech there now, and each person has been so compassionate and thorough. I have been through a few scary pregnancy experiences and each time Hey Baby have gone above and beyond to fit us in last minute and done everything they can so that we are seen and looked after. Every staff member has been so kind and understanding, as well as great at their job. Their service is amazing for anyone feeling anxious or needing reassurance, as well as offering a much more pleasant and fun experience than the NHS scans. They’ve made every scan for us as relaxing as possible and really taken the time to make our experiences there special. Every type of scan we have had we have loved, and we also had a great experience with the sneak peak package (which was accurate!) We fully recommend them and can’t wait to come back again!

I went for our gender scan a couple of days ago and the staff were amazing, we asked not to know the gender as we are having a gender reveal and the staff made sure we never seen anything. The scan was amazing and the sonographer went into detail about our baby in the scan. Afterwards we were greeted back at reception where we bought our canons ready for the reveal- the staff made sure we had no clue what the gender was and was polite through out it all. Would definitely recommend ☺️

Was welcomed into the beautiful reception. Staff were so polite and comforting. The ultrasound tech was very knowledgeable and talked us through everything! What an amazing experience and can’t wait to come back for our gender scan.

First time attending this clinic, we went for a well being and reassurance scan. The clinic was clean, professional and friendly. The staff were lovely , very welcoming and accommodating and the sonographer was great too answering any questions we had. We will definately be back for further scans and would recommend. Thankyou

We had an appointment today at 11:30 and our eldest surprised us by turning up but went to Colchester hospital instead came all the way from Lincoln 4.5 hours away and luckily the receptionist rebooked us for 12:45 such a beautiful soul We are really happy at this place Our second time here and also booked in for the 4d scan too

After experiencing a terrible experience with another company on the same day we phoned and Hey Baby managed to fit me in the same day! We were greeted by two lovely ladies on reception who were both so friendly and welcoming. The sonographer was so professional and calming also. Great experience would recommend to anyone. Thank you
