5 stars is simply not enough! HeyBaby in Southend have been absolutely incredible, from our first reassurance scan at 8 weeks, to our bonding scans throughout the pregnancy, to the incredible light reveal for the gender scan, to the 4D scan! They have so many wonderful additions, we purchased a teddybear which plays our daughters heartbeat when squeezed. All so reasonably priced too, along with gender reveal accessories, and clothing. All the staff are incredibly professional, friendly and helpful. I would not go anywhere else for such an important life event. The sonographers are highly experienced and thorough. We are so appreciative for HeyBaby Southends support, throughout our entire pregnancy journey, with our rainbow baby!! 🌈🩷

Very friendly and professional staff, the scan room is lovely and the sonographer was very nice! You get prints there and then and a little book with various vouchers inside, it’s my second time going and I’d definitely go again :)

Kerry offered a lovely warm welcome as soon as we came in. Ivy then took us in for the scan and was absolutely wonderful. Took her time, explained all babies bits and pieces and was so kind. I instantly felt at ease. Both ladies were so so brilliant. Kerry was fab when we were purchasing our items and so patient (as we kept adding stuff). I went here for an appointment which was very last minute but honestly the service the people that work there are just so amazing. I was greeted with big smiles, treated very nicely and everything went smoothly. It was my first time here and I’ll definitely be going to them for some more scans! Couldn’t have been happier

Been twice to Hey Baby in Hull and both times the staff have been so lovely and reassuring. They look after you from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave and made the experience an enjoyable one giving all the information needed to reassure us.

What a lovely experience we had for our first ultra sound, the team were very helpful and friendly. The site is very well kept and they have really good equipment. Definitely would recommend visiting.

Have been to hey baby 3 times now, once for 6 week reassurance scan, 2nd for gender scan and third for 4d scan of our baby. Everytime they have been so professional and welcoming (and that goes for every staff member we’ve encountered) we are so lucky to have such a nice service near by! Highly recommend to anyone pregnant we talk too 🥰

My 2nd visit at this clinic. My first time was that good I said before I left I would be back, and when the time came for a 4d scan I booked in again. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. Got some adorable photos of my baby aswel!

Booked this for my daughter in law Didn't know what to expect, But from start to finish it was an amazing experience. Very professional,very thorough Showed us baby from head to toe , The pink blue light at the end is a wonderful touch , Exceeded our expectations, Well worth every penny. We paid for the 4D scan just to receive 2D , lady wasn't saying too much to explain anything. Definitely I do not recommend.
