Had a 4d scan today, fantastic service, very welcoming. Baby wasn’t in the right position at first so we were able to wait and have another scan free of charge to get the best image possible. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing staff, really supportive and informative. Easy scan and comforting to the nerves of a first time scanner. Would highly recommend to people who are nervous and want to make sure all is good as they talk you through anything that could be a concern!

I had an early reassurance scan and highly recommend for that peace of mind, everyone is so friendly and welcoming and I felt the scan was very thorough as the reason for me booking was because I’d suffered miscarriages previously and had bleeding with this one, just to have someone listen and put you at ease means everything. Thank you ☺️.

Couldn't of asked for better. Felt welcome from entering through the door. Couldn't get a good picture but was given the opportunity to go for a walk ect and then try again. Gender was kept a secret as we requested.

We booked the 4D VIP experience at Hey Baby Dartford. Staff were polite on arrival and we were seen promptly. It was a lovely experience and we had a chance to bond as our 3 children also attended. Beautiful clear 4d photos of our baby. Would book with Hey Baby again.

Great customer service, friendly staff

We went to the Colchester Branch and had a really positive experience. This is my 3rd baby but never had a 4D Scan before. Me and my husband and 2 boys were made to feel welcome and the lady who did our scan talked us through the whole process. Showed us exactly what she was seeing on the screen. We also brought a Pulse Bear that you can hear the baby's heartbeat which my boys love. I had a Rescan free of charge as they couldn't get the photos they needed. The staff were all friendly and great with my 2 boys. Would definitely recommend.

The loveliest Manager and Sonographer at HeyBaby, Manager generally took time to get to know us and have a conversation and the Sonographer was just as lovely and reassuring

The lady on the desk was very welcoming had a chat with us. She was very happy and polite. The waiting room had toys and books for children if you are brining you other children along. Lots of colourful chairs (blue and pink chairs) some beautiful pictures on the walls. When we went in to the ultrasound the lady was very welcoming. She asked of this was our first child what we already have. We got to hear baby's heart beat she told us what baby's heart beat was and that baby was healthy. Ofcourse baby was in a awkward position so I had to jump on the spot and then she managed to tell the sex of our baby. We got so lovely photos even with ba g being awkward. After we had the scan the lady changed the lights to pink she done it in such a lovely way. We are so happy and I'm shocked after two boys. Thankyou so giving us such a lovely experience will definitely recommend you guys

I had my scan yesterday and was very impressed by the hole experience ivy was lovely and receptionist lady very welcoming I'm so pleased with the service that I plan to come back to have my 12 week scan 😊

Today me and my partner went to the tonbridge wells location for our first scan. never being pregnant before i didn’t know what to expect but was so excited. The lady who done the sonography came to collect us from the waiting room 20 minutes late as we had been waiting in anticipation. She took us through to the room and straight away we found ourselves feeling rushed, she started the examination and didn’t explain anything, i didn’t have any clue of what she was doing or what was happening, she then told me to go behind a screen and take my trousers off gave me a the smallest piece of tissue to cover myself (being a very petite lady even this didn’t cover me) she then done an internal scan again not explaining anything and then told me what she saw (which according to her wasn’t a lot) and then proceeded to show us the door???? we are none the wiser of how far gone (as what she told us could not be correct going on what we have been told by other professionals) i felt completely deflated and so upset when i left. I will never ever go back there. Not professional at all and made our experience one i regret doing!

I just wanted to say how amazing my experience was! The staff were so lovely and friendly and made the whole experience so exciting! Thank you so much I will never forget the pink lights that lite up my room to tell me my baby is a girl for my gender reveal ! There was nothing more amazing and fascinating when seeing my baby girl on that screen moving around! Highly recommend this place! Thank you for making my experience sooooo special! Maria x
