The experience wasnt the best ive had. Ive had a few scans at different clinics and this is the one i wouldnt return to. The person doing the scan was quite abrupt with questions i had saying that will be confirmed on your 12 week scan with the NHS eventhough i was 11weeks and 5days and paying private. I thought that was the point of going private. Most questions we asked wasnt given with a detailed answer and was dismissive. I didnt feel relaxed or made to feel easy in the scan. I came out feeling not reassured.

I felt like the experience wasn’t at all special. The woman who was doing the scan rushed when talking so was hard to understand her. Only let us see the screen for 1 minute. And then turned it off to find the gender. Really ruined the whole experience and made me feel quite upset leaving. As at the hospital completely free and had the best experience ever but this was far from that. Very disappointed ☹️

Went for an early reassurance scan and gender/sex bloods. The scan was really thorough and the sonographer talked through everything she could see. Didn't feel rushed and felt like she wanted to ensure we got the best view and reassurance we wanted. Highly recommend if you need that extra early scan for reassurance or to check progress.

First time being pregnant, have made to feel so welcome, I have had four scans, ones where the baby wasn't in the right position so they booked us in again free of charge everytime. Staff are lovely and always happy to come to heybaby.

My first pregnancy after 12 years of trying, doctors, surgeries and everything else. I was incredibly worried when I saw 2 lines on the test and as soon as I was 6 weeks pregnant, I signed up for an early reassurance scan, and it was incredibly exciting and scary! The girls at the clinic were wonderful, they explained to me step by step the process of how it would go, during the process they answered questions, calmed me down and just made my day better! I recommend it to everyone and will definitely be back!!

we booked the 4D package with the heartbeat bear, 4 prints and full video. Baby would now show his face so we we asked to come back. Second attempt and baby still wouldn't show his face. was asked to come back for a third time to make sure we got the best pictures. Highly recommend
