Rang hey baby on Sunday morning for assurance scan as we were very worried. They were fully booked however when they heard we are stressed they gave us an appointment same day, I can’t thank them enough , very professional very polite I’m defo going back for future scans. Also to mention the prices are very very affordable .

I went to the Halifax branch and had a really lovely experience. Staff are very professional and kind. I would 100% recommend. I went for the VIP gender scan and was definitely worth it.

Amazing experience at our 16 week gender scan. Baby was being a pickle but after numerous attempts we found out the gender with the lighting up of the room. The ladies were so kind and patient. What a lovely experience. If you’re looking for a scan centre in Essex, this place beat window to the womb all day long. Genuinely lovely staff and just a wonderful experience. Thank you ladies.

We have been to heybaby in Southend throughout our pregnancy so far. From our first early reassurance scan to our 16 week gender scan to our 4d scan at 28 weeks the staff here have been amazing. We have loved every scan experience and they talked us through everything really well and always made us feel reassured. Our visits to heybaby and our pictures and videos are lovely memories that we will keep forever.

Great service from start to finish! The staff were friendly and welcoming. The clinic is bright and clean. I felt cared for and safe throughout and the quality of the photo I received at the end was very good. Would totally recommend! X

Ivy made me feel so comfortable and was very reassuring throughout the scan. Hearing the heartbeat was amazing.

Professional Experience

I recently visited here for an early scan and then again for my gender scan and I can’t even begin to explain how amazing the ladies are here. They are very welcoming and also did everything they could to find out my little ones gender even when she was being stubborn. I will definitely be coming back for my 4D scan further into my pregnancy. Thankyou ladies for a lovely experience

Was lovely and professional. Very friendly and helpful. When I walked in I thought how lovely it looked. The ladies made me feel so at ease and we’re really lovely. The scan was amazing and we loved the lights around the top of the room which is a really good touch. Couldn’t not complain one bit.

We came here for our first scan at 6 weeks and the last one at 35, we were treated so well and the sonographer went the extra mile to ensure I was happy with all the information. She was lovely and that really makes a difference! I wish we would have done all the pregnancy scans here and not in the other place in Mitcham!!

Amazing experience my 2nd time visiting & been made so welcome for the past 2 times I’ve been …. Me & My Other half went today for a gender scan but we didn’t find out the sex as we’re having a gender reveal on Saturday 2nd September but I’m so looking forward to finally finding out what we’re having

This is our second visit, the first was at 9 weeks and was told we have twins, this time round we found out the twins gender which was lovely 😊 we are doing a gender reveal party so they hid it from us. Everyone there is so lovely and friendly and had the best time seeing our babies again. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience
