We’ve just had our 3rd scan at HeyBaby, Barnsley and every time we’ve been the ladies have been so welcoming and lovely! The sonographer is so lovely and informative. I will only go here for private scans.

I had a great first experience today at Hey Baby 4D. It was super easy to book, the staff were all really friendly. I didn't know what to expect, but I felt relaxed and well looked after. The lady that did the scan was very informative and also checked that I was ok regularly, which made me feel at ease. I did think that we would be leaving with a picture, but otherwise a great expirence and will 100% use them again or recommend them to any fellow mums.

The team are extremely patient and friendly. I was 20 mins late and they still allowed me to have my scan even asking me to come back to have a second scan later in the day due to baby not cooperating free of charge I might add. The environment is very clean, bright and spacious. I enjoyed my experience.

Myself and my partner went for a 4D scan at the Halifax Hey Baby and we couldn’t fault the service. Our baby girl was very stubborn for the first scan and after trying all they could to get her to move to a better position, they rebooked us in for another scan free of charge and once we went back she decided to play ball and got the most amazing pictures. Both ladies who did the scans were fab, very informative and reassuring. The ladies on reception were also very polite and welcoming, would definitely recommend going here!

All team at My Baby 4d Watford are absolutely fabulous and amazing. I had my 16 weeks gender and wellbeing scan this afternoon, honestly I couldn't ask for better experience. The ladies at the reception as usually were so welcoming and lovely. The sonographer Daniellle Baldwin went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and welcome. She talked me through everything, give me a massive reassurance and was so kind and friendly. I left the clinic with massive smile on my face, reassured and absolutely over the moon. This was my third visit to the clinic during this pregnancy and fifth one if included my previous pregnancy. Each time the experience is fantastic! Thank you for being so amazing!

Heybaby Northampton had been amazing at the beginning of my third pregnancy especially with my last one ending in a miscarriage so wanted that reassurance baby was growing. Went too early so they booked me in a month later and saw baby and was reassured. Was able to bring my oldest child so they could see baby growing to help them come to terms with being a big sibling.

Another amazing visit to hey baby Radcliffe. I cannot thank the team enough, completed full checks as I was having a late reassurance scan and put my mind at ease. Everyone is so lovely and welcoming. Can’t wait to go back for my 4d scan.

Excellent service at Hey Baby in Tunbridge Wells. We came back for a re scan as the baby wasn’t in the right position to reveal the gender. The sonography was friendly, patient and made us feel at ease. We’ve come here a few times and highly recommend it to anyone wanting a private scan.

Had my 16 week gender reveal scan today with hey baby and what a great experience we had. I was allowed to bring my daughter with me who was so excited at been able to come see her new sibling even tho she didn't get the gender she wanted lol. She has not stopped talking about how great it was from the comfy sofa to the special gender lights that told us she is getting another brother. Would recommend to anyone wanting to go for scan and would love to come back again for future scans. Thank you for such a great experience 💙

Not sure if it were due to being the last appointment but as soon as I arrived I was flashed a card reader at me to make payment and sent straight in to the sonographer and sadly during the scan when I asked if I could have the video download I was told no due to the scan already being in progress. Had I been made aware and taken through the choices before hand I would have got what I wanted. The sonographer was nice she did her best to get good images and explained things well. On finishing the appointment I was asked to choose 2 images and sent on my way without the goody bag I was supposed to also receive. All in all it was an okay experience but not the best but unsure if this was due to being the last appointment, I just don't feel as much thought or attention was put into the service for what you pay. Definitely room for improvement especially front of house.

What a lovely experience me and my little family had today! All the staff were very attentive of my little boy and the added touch with the lights changing was really cute.
