Lovely experience at hey baby today for my scan & well-being check on my baby! We decided to find the gender out but if they could write it down for us, so that we can have a lovely party for the baby, and they was so professional and so lovely while having your scan done, was a lovely experience and will be doing it again.

Really friendly team. Great hospitality and welcoming. Lovely experience with the scan getting to see our precious baby in 4D was such a surreal experience! They gave us enough time to go through our photos after delivery to pick the ones we want to print.

It was great! I was really nervous and the sonographer made me feel relaxed and reassured. She took the time to explain everything and to find the best views of the baby.

The scan was quick accurate and excellently explained in detail.

I had a very good experience here today, the detail of the scan is exceptional. I have been allowed to go and come back to try and get the baby moving as I do not know the gender yet. So I am very grateful for that chance.

I have attended hey baby Radcliffe on 3 occasions now, for reassurance. The team there was amazing, they made me feel so at ease and relaxed. Sarah was amazing she went through everything with me and made me feel there wasn’t a rush to end my appointment. Lee, again was great so generous and did not rush us choosing our pictures and let me take videos on my phone. Thank you again hey baby

Wonderful experience at Barnsley hey baby 4d. All staff were welcoming, had smiles and lighthearted conversation from the moment we walked through the door. The ultrasound experience was exceptional. Not rushed and very thorough. I would highly recommend.

Amazing! Had my gender scan on the 25th and baby was not in the right position, the sonographer kindly booked me in the following morning and we were able to find out our baby’s gender in time for the big reveal with our family and friends. The staff are warm, friendly and welcoming, and will go above and beyond to accommodate your needs. Would highly recommend, thankyou again!

Just the most amazing place to have our scans done, HeyBaby Colchester have been on the whole journey with us! From finding out early at around 8 weeks that we were having our little twins, gender scan and well-being scans including 4D images they have just been great throughout. The staff are so lovely and caring, make you feel at home from the moment you step in. We can’t thank hey baby Colchester enough for everything, if you are thinking about going.. do it!! Such a lovely experience, we love the staff there and are so grateful for the memories we will keep from these visits.

We have been to Hey Baby twice for early reassurance scans and every time the experience has been amazing. Staff are always helpful and friendly and the process is very quick and easy. Would highly recommend

I think the place was nice, private, relaxed and friendly. I’m happy with the reassurance however I’ve had 2 early scans in previous pregnancy’s both at a different clinic and they were so much clearer. 1 was at the same gestation and 1 a week earlier but the pictures I have are a lot clearer. I don’t know if the machine isn’t as powerful or the baby was laid awkward etc but it just wasn’t very clear to see.

We had a scan at around 17 weeks and were very happy with the service. The sonographer took a lot of time to explain everything and to answer all of our questions. Can definitely recommend

The staff were super friendly and knowledgeable, which immediately put me at ease. It's was nice and clean, would definatly recommend in addition to the normal NHS scan lovely experience

Friendly considerate staff, made me feel at ease Clean rooms and waiting area with magazines to look at. No issues with waiting and quick with printing materials after. Very pleasant experience would definitely recommend of scans outside of the nhs scans.

Having booked a reassurance scan after some spotting and feeling nervous. Firstly I was told I hadn’t drank enough water, almost like I was being told off. Then I was questioned quite sternly about how many tests I had taken and when they positive, I understand the need to ask but it was very accusatory as though I was making it up (I’d taken about 20 tests and had my booking appointment). I had to be referred to the hospital as it was classed as a pregnancy in an unknown location and unfortunately I had lost my baby. I feel like the service is great when it’s happy news but I didn’t feel like I had a great and compassionate service. Have to say though the lady on reception was lovely so I would give it three stars for her.
