We’ve been for 2 early reassurance scans now and the service has been amazing, staff are lovely and so welcoming.

Staff at the desk and doing the scan were amazing. Had a thorough walkthrough of my scan. Had been before a couple years back for my first born and have to say they have kept the standards up and I’m very happy with the services provided. Will always be a go to place for me

Every time I have been to Heybaby, I have enjoyed my time there; from receptionist to radiographer, everyone is highly professional. They have always catered to my requirements for scans; on every visit, I come home with some or the other goodie bags, beautiful 2-3 baby photos and a detailed report. They have given me reassurance throughout my pregnancy scan. For anyone looking to go for a private scan, this place is highly recommended. Thank you team Hey Baby 4D and all the best !!

Beautiful clinic and wonderful staff. All staff especially the lady who checked me in were so lovely, kind and compassionate. They were really accomodating with my OCD and explained everything so clearly. I only waited a few minutes for my scan and felt comfortable throughout despite being anxious beforehand. They even happily switched the booking for me when I made an error (which was completely my own fault!). Highly recommend and will defo return if I have further private ultrasounds.

We were made so comfortable and aware of everything. The Sonographer was so calm and friendly explaining every detail. What a beautiful experience for our little boy to see his sibling for the first time.

We came here for our 4D scan and it was amazing to see baby and all their little features. The staff were all so friendly and welcoming even though we were running a bit late they accommodated for us. Our sonographer Tobi really took his time to get us some lovely pictures and was so friendly during it all. It really made the experience all the more special.

Absolutely great experience. The staff are so nice and friendly. Very welcoming. The sonographer was also very nice . Would recommend highly. Selection of teddies is also great as we got the pink unicorn for our daughters heartbeat. Lots of choice of other gender items of surprise.

Lovely venue and lovely staff. Very welcoming and warm. Wasn’t our first 4D scan so have another place to compare to. The room itself is very spacious with huge screens to be able to watch the experience together. We asked for no gender reveal which they did really well in managing. Would recommend to anyone having a baby. Great experience.

I have visited Hey Baby Southend several times now for reassurance and to see our baby between NHS scans. They are always cheerful and kind. They take time to make sure you have a good experience and if recommend them to anyone.

I preferred the first appointment I went to previously to my second due to not being made to feel comfortable as the first appointment i couldn’t of faulted she was amazing with her customer service skills she was very high energy very talkative it was all about us as parents to this baby from the lights in the room to her being so attentive it was really nice but I just didn’t feel as comfortable this time round and it was rather disappointing you don’t get the same out of everyone appointment I wouldn’t happily return it’s a great place great prices it just let me down in this time off appointment

My partner and I went for our second ultrasound at this location because they are amazing. Yesterday we went for the gender scan and we did the light up the room package. Every one of the workers rejoiced with us when the gender was revealed and they recorded our reaction. Both my partner and I's family lives overseas so it was amazing having them cheering with us.

Staff especially Toby were excellent!
