Made an easy online appointment for seasonal Flu Jab. The Pharmacy always looks really busy so I allowed extra time to queue but my appointment was kept on time and efficiently dealt with. My details were properly linked with the local surgery and treatment administered in a confident and professional manner. Excellent service.

Driver of a Kamsons delivery vehicle needs to be spoken to delivering to Ridgewood this morning. Continued to drive directly at us when it was our right of way and in a very narrow space. When my husband told him to stop, the driver just made an angry face and a 1 finger gesture!

Had my flu jab at Kamsons and it was easy to book, the appointment was on time and the staff friendly.

Quite simply I was welcomed immediately. The member of staff was courteous and helpful, not only for the vaccination but for other questions I asked of her. The vaccination process was efficient and professional

I was greeted by Amy, very nice,friendly young lady. She asked a lot of questions so as to get the correct Flu jab for my age,was very polite and informative as to why she was asking these questions. The injection was not even felt by me. Well done all round.

Turned up for Flu vaccination only to be told that it couldn’t be carried out and to come back another day. I had no prior warning that the appointment was cancelled.

Kind, quick and efficient

Extremely bad patient care. Tried to get prescription for sleeping meds yesterday but they only had enough for two days. I asked them if they would def have it in today, they were a bit vague so I asked them to double check. They said they did and it would def be in for when I had my covid jab today. They didn’t have it. They said they “should” get it tomorrow. I asked for script back but they wouldn’t because they’d given me part of the order yesterday. They said I should call docs and get a new script. I explained my gp can’t prescribe it atm. I asked if They would try getting them delivered from another branch. They said they couldn’t. They Asked me publicly who prescribed them. I explained that I have cancer and wasn’t feeling well at all. That I needed them to sleep. They said they will call me tomorrow if/once they’re in but couldn’t promise that they will deliver them. Shame on you Kamsons.
