Kamsons Pharmacy gives excellent service with collecting prescriptions and with providing flu vaccinations. My appointment was on time and the vaccination carried out efficiently. This is the second year I've had my flu vaccination at Kamsons Pharmacy and I've been very pleased on both occasions. Excellent service.

I arrived prior to my booked appointment time. I informed The counter staff I had arrived for a pre-booked flujab told to sit and wait and I would be called when the pharmacist was free. I waited 25 minutes before I was asked if I was waiting by the pharmacist when I said I'd been waiting 25 minutes, she said that no one had told her I'd arrived. If I wasn't on a list to be called, what was the point of booking online? A walk in, who arrived 10 minutes after I'd arrived was seen before me. The pharmacist was very apologetic And the staff were all very friendly but lack of communication made me late for my next appointment.
