Kamsons Pulborough are a fantastic pharmacy, staff are very helpful and always get my prescriptions ready with speed and nothing is too much for them if I have a question. They also did my daughter’s chicken pox vaccine, Connor was so kind and made her feel at ease. I cannot recommend them more. Great service from all of their staff.

I (perhaps unfortunately) am a regular customer at Kamson's Highcliffe. My prescriptions are processed electronically by the doctor's surgery and I am usually informed the next day by email by Kamsons' that the medicines are ready - sometimes within hours of the prescription being written. This is outstanding service!

I was prescribed a drug by my Surgeon following a post operation review. I tried the hospital pharmacy but they did not stock it. I then tried a pharmacy close to my home and they were out of stock and unable to order it. They suggested I should trawl round other pharmacies to see if any still held stock. I then decided to go to Kampsons in Pulborough, my regular pharmacy. They quickly established that the drug I had been prescribed was recently withdrawn in favour of another which they had in stock but could not prescribe without the permission of my surgeon. I left the prescription with then and within a relatively short time the pharmaceutical staff had contacted my surgeon, obtained permission and dispensed my prescription. That again endorses why Kampsons are my regular, but not my nearest, pharmacy. Thank you

In order via email, mostly always ready 2 days after placing order…. Staff are friendly and helpful. If it’s busy at time they have some seating to wait in comfort.. Very accurate with their details of issues prescriptions..

Thursday 9/1225 tried to ring Shotfield pharmacy. Waited TWENTY MINUTES BUT NO ANSWER. Today 11/1 ring them again. Waited 16 minutes only to be told no one to answer phone and again and this time got cut off. Can it be that the pharmacy is not in a position to handle the requirements that the surgery needs?

My wife & I became customers of Kamsons, Goring just a few years ago transferring our custom from a more local branch of Lloyds. I can honestly say that without a doubt it was the best move we could have made. There never appears to be any shortage of staff & everyone in store are both cheerful & efficient leaving us no room whatsoever for complaint. Our medicines are ready on time, clearly labelled & bagged. It is an absolute pleasure to visit them & long may it continue.

I use the store in Broadwater and the pharmacist is incredibly rude. Several times she's told me rudly I can't have dogs in the shop. Several times I've said she's a medical alert, asistance dog. While telling me this she's got my details up on the screen I take 11 tablets a day, there's something quite clearly wrong with me just by looking at my medications list. I popped in to get the pill as I'd run out I had seen the lady for an appointment and gave me them telling me it was easier than going via my GP. I go there and she informs me I need another appointment with her. In 5 years of taking it I've seen my GP once. Yet in under a year she needs to see me again? I walked to paydens across the road, no appointment needed I just had to confirm I'm on them and she handed me a 3 months supply. They're not the pharmacy I use for my perscriptions. I've now moved my repeate perscriptions to paydens.

I can't say at this precise moment in time they are neither good or bad and here are my reasons 1they never answer there phone 2 They lose prescriptions and then tell you you've already picked it up erm no I didn't because mine are delivered 3 what's the point in trying to get your meds when they lose them Normally I don't have a problem with them I even gave them extra time as it was Christmas even the surgery say they've definitely got it but according to them they haven't

Appalling service today in Pulborough. Called them at 1825 asking if prescription was ready. My son had accidentally just ripped out my blood glucose sensor. Told yes but close at 1830. Even tells me what self the item was on and confirmed my address. He tells me to hurry and I rush down in my car and arrive at 1830 on the dot with the lights still on. I get out of my car and go to the door, the staff are all stood in the dark with the lights off. They look at me and the only man, which has to be the person I spoke to, shrugs at me in the dark and points to his watch. Doesn't say a word. Doesn't apologise, nothing. Now unable to measure my blood glucose. I'm sure he is delighted with himself. Could have just said they close on the dot and I might not make it. Instead he says hurry, and I do, and then shrugs at me in the dark. If there was another pharmacy nearby I would use it forever more. If you can, avoid this pharmacy. They clearly don't care about their customers and delight in the tiny bit of power they have because there is no alternative in the village.

On arrival after booking the jab on line I was told that they do not do jabs on Fridays. They suggested I try Kamsons in Willingdon as they may do a walk in service. I did and they were very helpful.
