Very good flu jab service

The whole process went really smoothly and on time too…. All the pharmacy staff were very polite and friendly too !! Sarah, who administered my flu jab was very thorough and also explained everything….i almost didn’t feel anything…. Very happy all round… well done Kamsons !!

It was easy to make an appointment and it was available much quicker than the doctors appointments. The pharmacist was friendly and cheerful and she took care when doing the injection. She also gave me all the necessary information.

Arrived at 1pm with partner to get both Vaccines done, both booked and confirmed for 1.10pm & 1.25pm. Both of us booked time off work to attend. Told there had been an error in the system and they weren't actually doing flu jabs at this time & could we come back at 3pm. Didn't bother and booked elsewhere for later this week. Actually received a reminder the day before the booking just to add insult to injury.

person giving the vaccination gave me full information and was very efficient and friendly. No problems at all.

The appointment system allowed me to book a morning slot. When I arrived was told no flu jabs being done in the morning had to return again at 3pm that afternoon. . Very nice lady that administered the jab and painless.

It was very easy to find the pharmacy via the nhs website and book an appointment. The vaccination took place exactly on time and the advice given was complete and to the point.
