Ordered a cabin case on 26 November 2022 and received an email thanking me for my order. Since then they haven't contacted me about the delivery date but they have taken the money from my account. I have had no response to my email and no one is answering their phone. Hence the 1 star review.

The backpack was delivered speedily. It arrived in time for the birthday it was intended for and the recipient is very pleased with it. The large number of zipped pockets are very useful and the pack with quite light to carry on the back.

The Backpacker is a site that I was not familiar with but having a daughter that cycles loads & apparently loves 'Rains' products & wanted a backpack for Christmas I decided to do my research. I emailed regarding the guarantee as know Rains offers 2 years. I had a very speedy reply advising me so do The Backpacker, excellent 1st experience, delivery & customer service. I needed a small backpack with specific dimensions for an event and I found the perfect sized bag on thebackpacker. Next day shipping made it a simple choice, as it was Thursday morning and I needed it for Sunday. I paid for next day shipping and was surprised to find out that the item didn't ship until Friday which ultimately delayed arrival until Monday, the day after I needed it. After reading reviews I can see this is a common thread for other users as well. The bag is being returned, but I paid for next day shipping which ultimately wasn't delivered on time. I'm keeping this review at 1 star unless I'm refunded for the item and shipping cost. If they can't get their deliveries out on time I shouldn't have to pay for it. Update: I’m shocked to find that shipping has not been refunded. Very poor business ethics and customer care.

Ordered a backpack-price was excellent, but it took a day longer than I expected to arrive. I chased because I’m impatient and the customer service was impeccable-friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The backpack came the same day, it was fantastic value for the quality and I just couldn’t recommend highly enough. Customer service excellent, value excellent. Excellent!

I had left it late to order a bag and missed the 3pm special delivery slot. After I emailed to say it was quite important to me they then contacted me to say that they had managed to get the bag into that days' collection. It arrived next morning. Absolutely fantastic company and highly recommend them.

Excellent company and great communication. We ordered the wrong size backpack but didn’t realise until it arrived. Emailed customer services and absolutely no problem sending back for refund and ordered another one, correct size, straight away. Will definitely use again!!
