It was really easy to book with Hoteldirect and everything is basically done for you with regard to travel, accommodation and show. I phoned them on one occasion, got through easily and was given clear instructions. I would book with them again.

Everything was perfect. Simple to book, excellent communication from the hotel direct team prior to the journey. The hotel we booked was fantastic and the travel arrangements faultless.

Really easy to make the booking and everything went to plan. Had a query just before we left and was able to call and speak to a real person (no mean feat these days) and my query was resolved. The train, hotel, and theatre booking all worked seamlessly. Will definitely use again.

Excellent hotel, well planned and thought through. Rooms were very well laid out, a particularly comfortable bed and all the facilities and creature comforts that you need, for a weekend away from home. Food was very good in particular the breakfast buffet where the choice was excellent and the food was always plentiful. The staff were well mannered, polite and helpful at all times, well done The President Hotel.

Good Hotel, friendly helpful staff, lovely & clean, comfortable, and in a great position for visiting the Theatre or sight seeing. Russell Square tube station 2 minute walk from Hotel.

Easy to book with loads of choice and great value for money

When we arrived at the Hotel to check in there was a problem over our payment. We had paid Hotel Direct for our stay but Hotel Direct had not paid the Hotel which made things rather stressful. The problem was sorted by the Hotel manager, but we will never use Hotels Direct again

I made the booking at Christmas time everything ran smoothly with them. I would use them again and they kept me updated on all the trains tickets and the hotel on the venue they sent me all travel documents how to find places.
