We (a group of four friends) booked a hotel/theatre break with Hotel Direct. We stayed at the Thistle Hotel in Holborn which was excellent. The original show we booked to see (The Drifters Girl) closed before our trip so we had to choose another show. Hotel Direct dealt with this in a very professional manner and we didn't have to pay any extra for our new booking to see Pretty Woman. The company are easy to contact and are very helpful. We will definitely be using Hotel Direct again in the future.

Everything went as planned. I was given the chance to change my return rail trip as strike was expected. I changed to a coach trip and strike was cancelled. However I have returned the tickets marked void and the refund is going to be obtained for me so good service

This is always my go to site if I want a great theatre/hotel deal. Stayed at The President and saw Moulin Rouge. Hotel was lovely in a great location with a clean room (amazing shower) and tea/coffee facilities and hair dryer. Lovely large white fluffy towels and very comfortable bed. Moulin Rouge was so good I’ve booked to see it again.

An easy site to use and although a little nervous using for the first time and there would be no hiccups - there weren’t. The only thing we did learn whilst on the train … although our seats were reserved we had to move as they’d been double booked. I asked a train attendant who informed me if booked before a certain date then the timetable changes and the reservation is null and void therefore our seats are rebooked 🤦‍♀️ Fortunately this didn’t cause us an issue however other passengers were arguing 😢 maybe worth hotel direct looking into this issue as I’m sure we’re not the only people it’s happened to. But on a positive note the hotel was just perfect 👍

Usually use Hotel direct when in town for a show. Site is so easy to use and everything is perfect. Hotel was as described and theatre tickets waiting for us at the box office. Even got an upgrade to better seats! Would recommend.

This was a theatre break rescheduled after Covid. I called Hotel Direct only the week before to see if it was possible arrange our trip and had the fortune to talk with Chris. He arranged everything for us and we weren’t disappointed at all. We will be using Hotel Direct for our next London trip for sure.
