Used Hotel Direct to book a four-day city break by rail in York in September 2022. Very pleased with the hotel (Indigo, Walmgate) and with the travel arrangements. Tickets were sent very promptly and the documentation sent by e-mail provided all the information we needed. No hitches with the travel or the hotel - everything went smoothly.

A delightful stay at the Mallorca Palace Hotel, Sa Coma. The staff at this hotel are, without exception, charming and helpful. The food is plentiful and delicious. Rooms are comfortable if a little dated. The pool area is peaceful with a bar which serves lunch. All together a really beautiful hotel.

Booked a theatre show ( Six) and hotel package, the president hotel Russell Square from beginning to end everything went smoothly definitely use again.

Amazing value, exceptionally polite staff nothing to much trouble. Breakfast is plentiful you will be spoilt for choice. Beautiful rooms, very quirky and comfortable everything provided for. We had a very small issue in our original room (AC) not working, Lovely Chris on reception quickly sourced another room which was equally as nice. Nothing too much trouble.We chose this for our wedding anniversary. You will not be disapointed.Plus its so close to all the venues/shops. We arrived few hours early but was allowed to leave our luggage so we could explore and not waste the day . Thanks to everyone for a delightful stay.

I have booked with you guys quite regularly however this time i was not informed ofvital information about extra payment when I got to the hotel nearly leading to my whole trip being cancelled as I had to find anthor 25 that the hotel wanted as a holding fee iwas not made aware of thus when booking but was told if I didn't pay I couldn't book in leaving me in a very okward situation there needs to be somthing on the booking confirmation informing people that there could be a holding fee or surcharge so that people aren't caught of guard

I used these guys recently to book a theatre break. When booking I mistakenly booked the wrong seats. Dispite tickets not being amendable, I called though and spoke to Max. He took the time to call the theatre and get new tickets sorted. All was done quickly and efficiently, Max was great to deal with, and it was quick to call through and speak to a person. All in all, great service

Hoteldirect is a great way to find a hotel/theatre combo. It's so simple to book through this site and takes out a lot of faff.

Site was easy to use and book the hotel, show and travel (train) we wanted. Had no problems with anything, all was as described and expected, will certainly use the site again.
