DO NOT USE THIS BOOKING SERVICE. I would leave a minus star if I could. I booked a hotel/theatre tickets back in January as a treat for my niece for Aug 2022. Due the the train strikes this week our trains were cancelled therefore unable to get to London. I contacted Hotel Direct to explain the situation and to ask if we could move the dates of our booking to later on in the year. The person I spoke to was most unhelpful and advised that nothing could be done, and that I would just lose all my money. As you can imagine I am furious as it was through no fault of my own that I was unable to get to London and I have lost over £800. This Company is the most unaccommodating Company I have ever dealt with!

Booked train London Bridge hotel and Jersey Boys show for my husband’s birthday. I had never used Hotel Direct before and wasn’t sure about them. Wow is the word to describe them. Train strike, they rang me before I could ask the question, giving me several options including full refund. As it was the train to London was running just not the return. No problem if you would like to find your own return they would refund that part of the payment. Hotel and show great the pricing great and Hotel Direct customer service superb.

The room ..perfect view overlooking London Tower Bridge Room little dated. Massive comfy bed. Staff friendly and helpful.

Booked a mid week break in York with HOTEL DIRECT. Everything was made easy for us, the rail tickets arrived in good time and the hotel was excellent. We were given good directions so finding the hotel was easy. Everything was organised very well. We would book with them again

Very poor service. The hotel we stayed at was very poor, with no toilet paper, no shower gel, limited lifts, very poorly maintained toilets in the lobby and indifferent staff. Complained with the hotel & with hotel booking, but after waiting for a reply for over 2 weeks, still no resolution. Hotel booking are not very proactive in getting back to the customer, or very good at resolving any issues in a timely manner. I know problems can arise by using third party companies, but all issues need to be prioritised. I would have given zero stars, but that was not an option.

I have stayed at this hote In Llandudno North Wales a lot, it is very clean, value for money with lovley staff always willing to help and does a full English and continental breakfast The hotel is situated on the front right next to the beach Promenade and close to all amenities . Including sea promenade. pier town food shops, pubs there is parking at the the hotel and street parking but that is pay and display, the views of the great orme are amazing and there is lots to do in Llandudno and surrounding areas with also venue cymru on your doorstep a theatre and conference center ect..a must visit

Easy to book. Helpful efficient and friendly over the phone twice when we needed to contact re theatre booking and train times. Amazed how quickly we got through and sorted straight away.
