Our first class train travel, attendance at Lion King and Thistle hotel in Holborn were all excellent. We would use Hotel Direct again.

Hotel Direct were helpful when I had to cancel 2 rooms shortly before the date I was staying at Hotel Byron. I called prior to the cancellation period and my query was dealt with immediately.

unfortunately there was the rail strike and we had to catch a bus. which was a bit of a drag as it took 1&1/2 hours. How ever we got there. The hotel was amazing a bit pricey on the drinks. once i booked in the hotel they allocated a room number which was not ready. i went shopping and waited until i recieved a email to say the room was ready and the room number. i returned to the hotel to get the key for the room only to be told it was allocated to someone else. I was not pleased, they offered me two rooms, i had booked one room for three people. i spoke to the manager basically said it was not exceptable that they had allocated my room to someone else and i still would like the room i paid for. The manager had sorted it out and we got allocated a different room which was more expensive with no cost to myself. it was a lovey room. all was well. The hotel was near the theatre about five minute walk, and close to many shops and bars. A very good price for the package I had brought. I will be using Hotel Direct again got what I wanted and they kept in touch with me due to the rail strike. The only thing I would say is the refund on the rail will take 6-9 weeks to get back. I had to pay out again for traveling on the bus which was a hour late in departure and took another 1 1/2 hours to get to London.

Excellent customer service and support during the train strike which meant some plans needed changing. Personal service and extremely helpful staff, especially Becca. Keep it up, will book with the team again!

Booked train and hotel through Hotel Direct. Very efficient, tickets arrived next day in the post. Best deal I could find, much cheaper than getting train tickets separately. Lovely selection of good quality hotels. Will be my “go to” site for future trips now.

Hotel excellent, shows superb, only problem we did not receive our email tickets for the shows prior to getting here and had to visit the theatres prior to the shows to get them.

Easy to book online with hotel direct and any telephone conversations were with friendly and helpful staff, kept up to date with emails, would book with them again and would highly recommend , well deserved 5 stars

Lots of expected changes / delays due to COVID but our original planned hotel / Theatre stay was honoured. Almost 2yrs after originally booking and we were kept informed throughout and the staff who re arranged things for us could not Of been more helpful.

Great value for money brilliant show and hotel great location

We booked our train, hotel and a show all at the same time. We were very happy with all three and would use this again. We received our train tickets by post and printed off our theatre tickets from the email. Very easy site to use.
