The hotel was OK, the staff were very accommodating and friendly, and our room comfortable and clean once the problem with a non-working heater was sorted.

Booked a theatre and hotel package for my husband as something to look forward to after undergoing treatment for cancer. Unfortunately we were not able to go as he contracted covid as his immune system is suppressed. When I contacted them to transfer to another date was told this was not an option. Feel very let down by what appears to be an unsympathetic company.

United Kingdom | 14 February 2022We had a lovely time in London once we arrived. Unfortunately we were delayed by over two hours on the way down due to a power outage. We then had to change trains when we had booked to travel straight through. We were advised to apply for compensation from the rail company only to then find out that due to the package we had booked this did not apply to us. To say I am disappointed is an understatement.

The booking system was easy allowing us to select the train times for both journeys. It was simple to book and pay. The rail tickets were available to print almost immediately. Booking in at the Hotel was simple. Everything ran very smoothly. We will definitely use Hotel Direct again for this type of trip.
