Having never used Hotel Direct before I was a little nervous. However, absolutely no problems with my booking of rail, theatre and hotel. Train tickets turned up in good time, the hotel was expecting us and the theatre tickets were waiting for us a the box office. Perfect service and I would highly recommend the company.

Hotel was close to Tower Bridge.the Hotel was very impressive and staff were very friendly we had a choice of rooms overlooking the Bridge or Marina. The room was adequate for our needs and was clean.would not hesitate to go back to this hotel.

The whole experience was made very easy by hotel direct. We booked online which was very straightforward.Loads of choice of hotels and shows. Good corespondence from the company via email. Fantastic weekend break in a lovely historic hotel. However reception were not aware that we had a booking (good thing we had printed out all the hotel and rail info and a room was available). Some breakdown in communication between Hotel Direct and the hotel?

Really great trip to Edinburgh and the train tickets were 1st class and the 4* hotel excellent. The overall price was fantastic for what we got from the experience. Will most definitely use again.

An amazing family weekend in London, couldn’t fault it (other than the train cancellations which are obviously out of Hotel Direct’s control). We were moved to a different hotel (again out of Hotel Direct’s control) but it was perfect and I feel that Hotel Direct went over and above to make sure our stay was exactly what we were hoping for. Would highly recommend and look forward to booking our next trip with them.

I had a Hotel Direct voucher for my 50th birthday. I rang to use it and they were very helpful infact the lady I spoke to couldn't have made it easier. She even helped me to select our theatre seats. All the confirmations were sent to my email immediately. I would definitely use this company again. Thank you

Very easy to use great prices made simple

I booked tickets for Wicked with a hotel stay. When I got the confirmation through I realised I had booked the wrong seats. I called them straight away to see if there was anything they could do as I know the tickets are usually non transferable. A lovely gentlemen called Simon sorted it all out for me and managed to get me the seats I had intended to get originally. Fantastic customer service and a very easy website to navigate round. Will be using them again in future
