We had a voucher from hotel direct for a show we didn't get to se when the pandemic hit. The advisor I spoke with was very helpful and soon had our hotel theatre tickets travel to London sorted with the minimum of fuss will definitely use again and recommend 😀

The hotel and theatre package were great. I also had the rail travel to but would not recommend to book the rail travel as I needed to change the train time and couldn't pay any amendment fee and it cost me an extra £76 to re-book a different time with the rail company. They couldn't amend the tickets either as it didn't have the cost of the tickets on them. I was also unable to amend or cancel my trip without any refund two days later which was disappointing. I also wasn't aware at the time of booking that COVID tests would be needed for the theatres and if the result was positive I would have lost my whole deal. Despite the staff at Hotel Direct being polite and respectful and trying to resolve my problem.I was disappointed at the lack of flexibility offered through the deal and would think twice before booking again.

A very fast and easy to use booking service. Rail tickets and hotel booking were just as we asked for with all the information we needed.

Excelled package. Hotel close to kings cross and only 30 minutes walk to theatre land. Hotel was very clean and room although small had everything you needed. We also had all you can eat continental breakfast for £9 which again was excellent.

This break was originally booked for March 2020. Obviously lockdown happened. Hotels direct have been great. A voucher was issued for the full amount to be used at any time in the future. When it came to rebooking, hotels direct couldn’t have been more helpful. Will definitely use them again in the future

We had originally booked a two night rail and hotel break in Edinburgh in March 2020 (which would have been very nice) but Covid put paid to that. However, Hotel Direct were so helpful in allowing us to keep the credit from our forced cancellation of the Edinburgh trip and change our booking to the 5* VOCO St. David's Hotel in Cardiff. It was the best short break we have ever had. Thank you everyone at hotel Direct!

Theatre break staying at The Tower and seeing Tina Turner, the hotel was excellent, such a lovely location and all the staff were lovely and helpful. The show was amazing, we had good seats, excellent night away.

I purchased the hotel break package for 2 with theatre tickets (Pretty Woman) and travel by rail for a special birthday present for my grandson + girlfriend. I was a little apprehensive regarding location of hotel, the seating position in the theatre and Covid guidelines. However they both had a brilliant time, the show was amazing and the hotel was good especially the breakfast and the location of the hotel excellent. Overall the weekend was thoroughly enjoyed. The lady who booked the package for me was very knowledgeable and understanding to my request. I also needed to phone again regarding the e-tickets for the show, again the person gave me the information in a kind and thoughtful manner Thank you
