The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was clean. The bed comfy and the shower room was lovely. Hotel Direct was great in that everything from the coach journey and arriving at the hotel was very well executed. Very well organised as coach drivers have to change at different destinations. Some have to take a break. Its all run adequately and the drivers let us know what times to be there and how long we got before arriving etc.

Extremely impressed with package of hotel, train and Abba Voyage tickets. The Gantry Hotel was beautiful and was central to station, Westfield shopping centre & short taxi ride to Abba Arena. Would definitely recommend! Just wish had a longer stay - great weekend!!

We found it a little confusing and think more work needed to make it easier to link all the different aspects together ie:- trains, shows etc

Despite the disappointment of having strike cancel our rail travel, hotels direct dealt with our options and suggested local parking, with Holiday Inn discount. Am sure our rail reimbursement will come through as efficiently as Hotel direct dealt with the problem.

Quite straightforward booking experience. Very wide choice of hotels to pick from with useful information on where they are situated. The only disappointment I found was, the train seats requested, both outbound and return, were not allocated to us.

I was given Hoteldirect as a retirement gift from friends and colleagues, and what a gift this was. I called Hoteldirect and spoke to Chris who infact had dealt with my colleague who had arranged this voucher. He was able to tend to my requirements and chose the Hotel for me. He even went that extra mile to ask the hotel to leave a bottle of Champagne in the room with a gift card to help to celebrate my retirement. I would certainly use Hoteldirect again

I booked through hotel direct it was very easy and straightforward just put the date in and choose what you want to do or see , choose your transport and then gives a list of hotels I was very happy with the whole experience many thanks will def use again
