Simple booking process no issues in terms of tickets etc. However this trip was to celebrate a 33yr wedding anniversary and I made contact via Hotel Direct for champagne and chocolates to be delivered to my room prior to arrival. It was not clear that I should have contacted the hotel itself as no one acknowledged my request nor was anything delivered for our celebration. I am disappointed that the message I sent to Hotel Direct did not get replied or redirected. Other than this everything was fine

Brilliant from start to finish, everything went completely smooth, we booked a package with hotel direct, coach, hotel and theatre break in London, I was worried incase things didn't go to plan but I needn't have been, our lovely coach was waiting for us, the journey was very smooth into London, we done some sightseeing before checking in to our hotel, the room was perfect for us, very spacious and had everything we needed, then we went onto see the lion king in the theatre, it was fantastic, we had another full day sightseeing the next day, to be picked back up on the Sunday night with another smooth journey home, can't thank hotel direct enough for making our trip a memorable one, highly recommend using and taking the stress out of everything.

Stay Away from booking with this company. Buyer beware. Because this booking company was listed on the hotel site. I booked with them. They were the only company that made us prepay. We were given a rate that was 50 % higher than other reputable booking companies. I was told untruthful that I could get a refund if need be. When called this company ignored our claims and promised action but delivered nothing! STAY AWAY! The reservation was made in my Partners name Marilyn Parness

My wife and I book a Rail & Hotel package most years to London using Hotel Direct. On each occasion, the Train tickets and hotel bookings have all been perfect and our travel and stay seamless. This year, yesterday in fact it was necessary to phone their office and book over the telephone. Spoke to Chris Fittock, who was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble and what a credit he is to Hotel Direct. I hope his superior's know how much he's valued and how much business he must surely win for HD.
