Great company excellent choice of hotels. Rang up instead of completing online as had concerns regarding any future rail strikes. The agent knew what they were talking about and booked hotel and rail tickets had confirmation very quickly. We stays at the tower hotel and although we didn’t book a room with a tower view room 623 had both docks and tower view. They sent confirmation the day before we travelled to say that they had telephoned the hotel to make sure our booking was good.

Love that I can choose this as a package and just print all the info at home straight away.
