All questions we had were answered and, once a booking made, confirmation came through quickly with clear instructions as to what 'paperwork' would be needed where. Even more impressive was an email from Hotel Direct the day before our stay just confirming they'd checked our booking with the hotel! A relief to find a company with no hidden agenda and no last minute alterations to our booking.

All in all excellent service, great price as I did national express and hotel package. It was a great deal. Hotel was fantastic, national express great service. Thank you for getting us to the ABBA Voyage and having a great stay. UPDATE. Since writing this review I was so impressed with the price and service that I've booked again with Hotel Direct getting another bargain in December, going back to the same hotel in Stratford and going to ABBA Voyage again!!!! Thank you so much!!!!

He went over and above to help with our accommodation and for train and theatre booking times to work in line with our weekend in London. The hotel rooms were lovely and the location was perfect for getting around London. The gentleman was very kind and courteous and extremely helpful in pulling together everything on this trip, lovely gentleman to deal with. This made for a very pleasant booking, experience.

I was sent an email a few days before my visit advising me they had confirmed with the hotel my reservation including the name of the person they had spoken too, the price I paid for the rooms was very reasonable and included breakfast. I will use Hotel Direct again very impressed.

United Kingdom | 25 May 2024On both outgoing and return journey our designated seats were "double" booked,we booked in March but 2 other travellers were allocated our seats only a week earlier to our departure,This caused embarressment to both parties,I have had a knee replacement and didn't want to search the train for spare seats whilst the train was in motion but the other party was good enough to move,Obviously a Trans Pennine Rail problem,but could do without, especially on both journeys.It lets Hotel Direct down
