We have struggled with our bb connection for years, slow speeds and continually dropping out ( the most we could ever achieve was 5-7 mb, but even this kept dropping out and continually buffering) whilst paying for supposed super fast bb, that is delivered at the end of a very long copper wire (3km in length). The final straw came while attempting to renew our bb package with BT/EE and digital voice for our landline. The new router and discs could not cope with the ridiculously low speed at the end of the copper wire. After endless calls and engineer visits failed to solve our issues, we came across National Broadband whilst researching on line. I contacted them and went for the full installation package. The engineer was super- took his time to find the right spot, did a very tidy job when drilling etc and was also very happy to help explain how the TP mesh system works and which products to buy. We are now up and running and are absolutely delighted with the service - first thing in the morning 60mb! Obviously it does fluctuate depending on demand/usage/time of day, but the lowest we have experienced was 18mb and NO buffering or ‘ you do not appear to have internet connection’ messages. Our upload speeds are great too. We have come to terms with losing our land line, ( a fait accompli). A very efficient service from a company that delivers and a product that exceeds expectations! Everything was so straight forward. We don’t feel like digital third class citizens any more: children happy and working parents! Thank you National Broadband.

I am in an area with no fibre, got sold a wireless system from BT/EE but could not pick up signal for Internet. Now I have fantastic speeds, highly recommend sat- works.

United Kingdom | 26 March 2024Decided on Satellite Broadband , as I live in an area of rural Aberdeenshire where no Fibre cable is yet available. The Sat-works Engineer discussed all aspects of job, it was a large dish and placement was important to avoid any obtrusive look and also to achieve maximum signal and line of sight from the facade of the house. Happy with the dish installation and pre-job discussions, good internet performance post job, 80MB download , 6 Mb upload on VHTS sat link.

United Kingdom | 20 February 2024Why didn’t we find this system before? We had been suffering from low speeds (8mbps download 0.3 upload) after repeatedly being promised fibre. Fibre stopped 1/2 mile from us and we were given excuse after excuse why it wasn’t coming further. National broadband were fabulous! Answered loads of questions while we dithered. We were concerned because our 4g phones rarely got a connection. National broadband fitted an outside antenna after spending time finding the best signal. We also purchased the recommended mesh extenders as we need coverage for outside workshop. Our house is twice extended with thick walls. We get about 80mbps download and 30 upload now. It does fluctuate but it hasn’t dropped out once since being fitted. We are so happy with it. Thank you

United Kingdom | 09 February 2024Our dish is situated on DARTMOOR, a notoriousy bad place for land-based Internet connections. But the bad weather this had caused several problems which were promptly fixed by the engineer who clearly was expert in his job. Interestingly he had served an apprenticeship from school. (Our latest BT engineer had a PhD in electronics but even he couldn't get a decent speed because of our distance from the box. 🤣🤣🤣)
