Today we had Wes arrive at our rural cottage to install our new 4G. From the very start he was friendly, polite, and more than accommodating for our menagerie of super-excitable animals. After quickly checking and confirming with us what kind of speeds we could expect, he talked us through the installation process and ensured to cause minimal hassle when drilling through the wall. The whole experience was conducted in an extremely time-efficient manner. Based on this experience, I would definitely recommend Wes and Sat-Works to others currently struggling with poor signal in the wilds.

The engineer (Gavin) came last night at 6pm and stayed until 8 fitting a router and external aerial. Download went from 6 to 110 after installation. Gavin was extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. Note that the router is a Huaweii B535-333

We were having trouble getting a decent consistent EE 4G data signal at our holiday home in Wales, despite many calls to EE it seems they were unable or unwilling to improve signal strength. Whilst looking for a solution from sat-works of an external system, I'd briefly considered LEO broadband, cost and not being there 24/7 to use meant I couldn't justify, and then Sat-works mentioned their 4G option. The owner Wes as it happens also holidays in our area so he knows exactly the difficulty we're dealing with. They were honest and couldn't promise a successful remedy. Wes (the owner) arrived to install the 4G 'ariel' mast on 01/06 and immediately our signal strength according to Speedtest.net more than quadrupled! Now getting at least 70-90+Mbps! from a starting point of 5 on a good day! He's a genuinely nice guy who didn't try to up sell; he was very respectful and we happily recommend Wes and Sat-works to all those looking for a 4G or LEO broadband solution. Installation engineer Shane from Sat-works.com came to fit the satellite broadband service today. Can't recommend Sat-works and Shane who works for this company enough. Shane is very professional and efficient, working really hard and demonstrated excellent communication skills and patience, keeping us appraised and liaising with the ISP and sat-works.com thoughout as he was determined and not phased by challenges that required a work around when something didn't go quite as expected, and put a plan in place to ensure follow up as needed. He is friendly, polite, cheerful and very respectful and careful around virus risks, taking good care and full precautions. Shane is clearly also extremely good at listening - he followed directions perfectly when so many others receiving the same only get lost (understandably due to the very remote location - which is of course why the satellite service is needed). Best of all is the fact that I'm able to leave this review because he did his job so well! Absolutely no hesitation in recommending sat-works.com - with special thanks to Shane!

I recently signed up for satellite broadband due to our remote location. I was very impressed with the sat-works engineer, Shayne, who was on time, courteous, and installed the dish quickly and made sure we were all up and running before leaving. Very good company to do business with and thanks again Shayne for all your work!

James installed our satellite broadband and I reckon went above and beyond! He visited, explained the difficulties and suggested a solution which involved returning to do the installation. I could not be at the property that day but he did the work and sent me photos. He has done a brilliant job! So neat and unobtrusive. I am delighted.

It was not a completely straightforward installation, but Howard took pains to ensure he got the maximum signal strength. The cabling from the dish to the modem is very neat. I am very pleased with my experience of dealing with sat-works and in particular the engineer who came to our property, Aaron. Aaron offered me very useful advice, which saved me from making an expensive mistake which would have had to be rectified later on. He then was available the following day after installation to give me some further advice on how to get the best from the system in my house. Overall, the internet speeds that I am getting are better / much better than I previously received, and the overall experience I received was professional and speedy.
