Howard came a couple of days ago to fit a broadband satellite system. He was efficient and friendly, taking time to get us the best possible signal. So far all is working well with good download speeds.

He was absolutely great and did everything in a professional manner and was able to achieve the impossible in our area that lacks any usable internet speeds. All other providers could not come close to the speeds that Lewis was able to achieve. An asset to your team!

I am thoroughly disappointed with satworks after waiting 2 MONTHS for someone to come and fit my 4G connection and numerous cancellations and excuses over the phone I am close to giving up and getting my money back with the bank for the second time (the first time being after taking my deposit I did not receive confirmation). An engineer was meant to come to my house over the last 3 weeks and on the day a couple of hours before the appointment it has been cancelled, saying I will get a call back but they never do. The customer service here is absolutely awful and after paying over £300 up front I would expect better. I have been due a ‘call back’ over the last week and still nothing if this issue is not resolved by the end of the week I will be getting all my money back on fraudulent causes. UPDATE Satworks got out to me and managed to get my internet up and running and a higher speed then I was previously.

First I would like to thank Wesley for organising an engineer to visit as an urgent installation was needed. After an initial problem with my installation, James arrived at sometime after 7pm and stayed until he could sort the problem out, which was after 11pm. He went above and beyond.
