Very nice man who installed our equipment! Kept us updated to his expected arrival and was very quick and efficient!

The fitter who called to erect the satellite installation notified me when he would be arriving. It was a Sunday morning and he was very efficient and the job was completed without any delay. He was a very pleasant fitter.

I am finally back online after an exasperating couple of months. The hiatus was damaging for my business. I decided to stay with my satellite broadband provider after they "lost" their satellite. A four-week period without adequate communications stretched my patience. The subsequent failure of the replacement equipment gave me more cause for concern. However, the "can do" attitude of the visiting engineers compensated and they both proved knowledgeable and tenacious in sorting out the issues and making the necessary repairs. I cannot fault their service and positive attitude. The back room staff made great efforts to ensure I was kept in touch as well. In summary, great at fixing the problems at the customer level.

Engineer honest. Remember that you do not know if sarltellite can pick up a 10>db signal until engineer checks it on arrival

Company contacted me within the stated time frame, arranged a convenient date for the installation of the satellite dish and the engineer turned up on time. Equipment fitted with minimum of fuss and site left clean and tidy with equipment working

The guy who came to install the equipment was polite and cheerful. He took time to ascertain the best position and cable run. He did not hurry the job even though he had a 2 hour drive home after the installation and speed test was complete. On a less favourable note, and nothing to do with the installation company, I would not recommend bigblu. Their customer service is attrocious.

Installed new equipment and removed old, cleared up all the old items and took them with him. Tidy work.

The engineer installed the new equipment as promised despite it raining the whole time. As I noticed that he had several more places to visit spread over quite a wide area, I hope that the company will provide him with waterproof clothing in future as a matter of health and safety rather than him driving his van whilst sitting in wet clothing. If you already do so and he chooses not the wear it I appreciate you can do no more.

Good installation. Good installation when it finally happened! Initially had some trouble getting the installer to the property. The dish was installed nicely on the house, but the old dish was not taken away. The broadband now works well and I am happy with the job done.

The work was excellent, the man installing was tidy, helpful and quick. My only adverse comment is that it took a long time to get the appointment and it was hard to get any idea in advance of when it would happen. However it is in now and works well, thank you guys, good job done!

I had a satellite dish installed on our stone steading and our neighbours tried to interfere with matters as your engineer started work, which lead to me having a confrontation with them on the ground just by where the sat-works engineer was working. I'm glad to say that he was most amused by events but did not stop for a moment and got us up and running very quickly. He was can-do, efficient, professional, and took the trouble to stay nearby to get additional equipment needed. Altogether a good experience. Thank you
