I live in a remote area with restricted broadband. Decided to install and trial 4G. I approached Sat-Works and they shipped the equipment in advance, then a gentleman called James arrived and installed the equipment. Really polite, and really went the 'extra mile' to ensure we had a neat and professional installation. This was quite difficult as our home had very thick granite stone walls. The 4G is delivering the broadband service I need for home working. So; A big thank you to James and Sat-Works.

the engineer (Shane) arrived on time, completed the installation, which was not easy due to the terrain, ensured it was all working initial speed better than 35x better than BT's best. What can i say I have a Happy work from home wife.

One of your contractors Gavin installed 4G internet for us today at TN171JJ. I would like to provide feedback to say what a fantastic job he did. Gavin was very courteous & friendly and took a lot of time to diligently find the best possible connection with the antennae. Considerate in where to put cabling etc, and also endeavoured to assist with connection to the house internal network. He worked here til gone 7pm on a bank holiday which is service beyond the call of duty. Outstanding service and I hope that he is recognised for that.

Howard did a great job installing satellite broadband for us this afternoon. The installation on the side of our house looks ‘top spec’, he was focused, tidy, pleasant, friendly and professional throughout. Once activated, Howard made sure we could access it properly from our various devices and left us feeling excited about using this new system for all our online activities, despite our location in rural mid-Wales! Based on this experience, we have no hesitation in highly recommending him to others.

Engineer Dan called a day early as he was in the area to see if he could fit late this afternoon which worked great for us. Install was great and Dan worked hard to get dish fitted in best place whilst be sympathetic to the eye and our 200 year old home working well past 7pm. Dan explained everything and work was unobtrusive, tidy and he left the house and garden clean. Great install, happy customer!

Mark came to fit my dish yesterday and we instantly realised there was a problem with my building.....but Mark sorted it on the spot with a clever solution and I now have speedy internet after 6 months of painfully slow connection with normal phone line broadband. Thanks so much to him.
