United States | 29 October 2022I've gotten 1 bypass and was charged a dollar. The only other time it's green is when the station is closed. I'm paying a monthly fee I guess you still gotta pay the tag fee. I will be returning the bypass device it's just not worth it.

United States | 22 October 2022I keep getting my prepass shut off and having to turn it back on about my IFTA number being inactive and you guys say it's the state doing it. I've talked with the state and they say it is on prepass's end and not theirs. I would like this to stop happening. Everything else seems great so far

United States | 03 October 2022Prepass has horrible customer service! I went through tolls, and when I submitted an invoice received (several notices) they didn't take care of it. What's the point of having and paying for a service whereas absolutely no service is being done! I would rather stop at every Weigh Station than to utilize this worthless service!!! My new transponder is working flawlessly and I'm not getting charged a monthly service fee. Save yourself money, time, and a headache by not signing up for this service!!! Zero stars at best!!! I'm writing this review to bring potential customers awareness! You'll thank me later.
