It never work, all they do is send emails

Rarely has a scale or weigh station used pre-pass on my trips. They either have it off, or the station is actually closed when it says to by-pass. Just an observation.

I got charged twice or three times in every months I don't know what is happening 😐

I closed my account about half a year ago, yet the company is attempting to bill me for the months after the account was closed. I spoke several times to their reps who promised to straighten things out, but the bills keep accumulating.

Device works fine, makes going through tolls easy, and ability to pay effortless.

PrePass not working in California. Lazy California scales needs updating waste of money.

A representative from prepass called me today and we discussed my issue in great detail. She was very knowledgeable and professional. I'm confident that she will resolve my issues.

The prepass helps with trucking schedule commitments and improves accuracy of ETA's. We love it...
