The PrePass did not work. Called they sent me another 1. That did not work. Called. Transferred me in circles with no solution. Customer service is a joke. System is a joke

Payment Options for payment aren't seamless. Make a portal using account number or some other individual identifier so that payment can be made easily online. I shouldn't have to login and sign in and register and opt-in/out. Make it easy. I don't wanna fumble around online all day to pay a bill. I'd rather be driving.

The process of getting my prepass was simple and easy and quick. I think it took like 10 mins to do what I had to do to get my prepass.
