PrePass is awesome and has saved me so much time from having to pull in, and it does my tolls too. I love it!

This company will charge plenty of fees even after you canceled the month before. It never worked and on top of it all they sent me a unit with dead batteries but when i sent an email said it was my fault for not having apportioned plates only to find out the truth when i canceled. Update After my initial post someone from prepass called and apologized and said oh we’re sorry blah blah we will reimburse you and get the other money we owe you. Now after another two weeks and after nearly two months of canceling my service, i still haven’t received the my money returned that was on my account nor have they refunded any money. Please stay away from this horrible lying stealing company. Horrible company

Works very well most of the time. Only few exceptions when transponder didn’t receive any message green or red.
