Works great in most states, but some won’t read or recognize the device.

Every since i got my pre pass i has only worked twice like in two months. I called customer service they said they have that probelm with cordelia weight station but i have gone to other places but it does not work neither. When i pass the sensors the prepass completly turns off and it would not give any light neither red or green.

I've asked a couple times about itemized billing that shows the tolls I run, dates and times but, ive never received an itemized bill or even correspondence on the subject. My credit card gets billed each month but there's no proof of what for. Otherwise? I would give a 5 star rating.

Need to stop at too many scales yet. The only states that seem to be bypassing me right now is Illinois, Tennessee, and Missouri. Kentucky pulls me in all the time.

The most important thing is the statement of all the charges and I can’t find it anywhere And I try so many times to call but no help Please consider sending out statements or make it easier to find online just like the other Options We want to know how we are being charge

Its been a couple months now and having the prepass has been very helpful. What would it even better is if the northern states participated in the program NY,PA,CT,MA...

I would like to know when do I get my bill into snacks work in other states like the New York East Coast I think it works with Chicago sometime I’m all over the place so I really need something does one become part of me I don’t mind game make a compatible please let me know thank you
