United Kingdom | 11 June 2020Not happy with the way this company are handling my complaint regarding non-delivery of a Christmas Tree Bag which is basically to ignore all my correspondence - (email & messenger)!! 5 emails sent (1 response saying my order for a single bag was "too small" and that i should order 2! who needs 2 Christmas Tree bags for 1 tree? and the bag was originally attached to an order that included a tree but "disappeared" from my order - web-site"glitch"?) - 4 messenger messages (1 response saying "what order number") I realise the current Global health situation but this complaint has been going on since November 2019 and is a shocking, disrespectful way to treat a customer

Italy | 19 December 2019Very bad experience. I don’t recommend this company! I bought a Christmas tree, but is missing a row from the low part of the tree. Can you imagine? I want to return it, but they told me: “I avoid you to return the tree”. Sincerely I don’t need a tree like that even for free!!! Very, very, very bad quality. The pictures on the site are not real! They selling waste.

We had been delivered the wrong height Christmas tree, and wrote to their mail. quickly I got an answer. afterwards I called the company and was greeted by a friendly and welcoming staff member. We received a quick reply to mail afterwards that a new Christmas tree will be sent to us. Then Christmas is saved. Can only say that because we trade with a Dutch company, and even live in Denmark, both web site translated into Danish and delivery time were fast. We Will Think of you many Christmas in the future. Finland | 14 December 2019Very not a reliable store. They use cheap and low-quality delivery services. By Christmas, I was left without a Christmas tree and my money. At first they sent my package to no one knew where, and then they accused me of all the problems. Very bad customer attitude. The festive mood is spoiled, money is lost. Strongly do not recommend this store!

Finland | 14 November 2019Stay away from this company. Bad products, HORRIBLE service, tree broke down after 3 days of use. Currently fighting to get my money back and a trying to return the tree. Never have I ever experienced such bad and ignorant customer service. Edit - i have contacted the company prior to leaving a review and have received multiple replies. I would've expected customer service to be a lot better when getting a faulty product but no, definitely not the case with now. You should spend the time taking care of your customers instead of instantly replying to bad reviews. Then you would have happier customers.

United Kingdom | 08 January 2019Faulty product not fit for purpose & very poor customer service! Item was purchased in December at a cost of over £3000, the item arrived 7 days late and from the day the item arrived the faults were reported and backed up with photographic evidence. It was only up for 2 days and it snapped and was unable to be used. The tree has been boxed up since before Christmas awaiting collection and refund but company is very unhelpful in resolving the problem.

Germany | 26 December 2018Unterste Schublade! Haben einen Baum für 150 Euro gekauft, da er uns dann doch zu kleine war, haben wir den nächst größeren Baum für 210 Euro gekauft. Den alten Baum haben wir dann nach telefonischer Absprache zurückgeschickt. Erst mussten wir 30 Euro für den Rückversand zahlen und dann wurde die Annahme verweigert. Durfte den Baum dann für 10 Euro wieder entgegennehmen. Als wir uns dann telefonisch mit den Sachbearbeitern auseinandersetzten wollten, wurde wir vertröstet dass der für uns Zuständige nicht da wäre oder keine Zeit hätte. Da keine Bäume nach Weihnachten zurückgenommen werden, bleiben ich auf dem Baum hocken, der mich letztendlich 190 Euro gekostet hat.

Denmark | 14 December 2018Helt Utroligt:- dette var første svar Fra Royal Christmas i for bindelse med levering af fejl og mangler på leveret juletræ til kr. 1.500,00 + forsendelse Royal Christmas --Fremsend en kopi af købsfaktura og vi skal se hvad vi kan gøre for dig som kunde. Det eneste svar der er kommet fra Royal Christmas/ Dennis Veldpape er en mail med teksten OK! Så man levere åbenbart defekte vare med fejl og mangler men ønsker tilsyneladende ikke af rette op på reklamationer på varer leveret af Royal Christmas så vær opmærksom på hvor du køber dine varer.

The staff were amazing to deal with online and I asked a lot of questions and spent two weeks deciding on the tree. This was the second tree I have had from this company, the first one bought over ten years ago. I sold it a few weeks ago and the buyer was over the moon as it still looked like new. My new tree arrived within five days to Spain and it’s absolutely beautiful, everyone thinks it’s real. Took a while to separate all the branches, they were so many and it’s very full, just what I wanted. The most stunning tree I’ve ever had so a very big thank you to you all and a very Merry Christmas

Ze verkleuren na enkele jaren, wat ze helaas niet vermelden bij de verkoop De buigbare delen vergelen helemaal, en de toppen blijven spierwit. Mijn boom uit het jaar 2011 van meer als € 200.- mag toch langer meegaan dan 7 jaar, als je hem maar 1 maand per jaar gebruikt. Probleem voorgelegd bij Royal Christmas waarop zei reageren dat dit kan gebeuren. Spijtig van de boom, spijtig van de reactie!

I received an extremely unfriendly e-mail stating that I have accepted T&C s and can not return it. I tried calling them but my call was not accepted. Instead I received more unfriendly mail... Very bad Customer service!

Belgium | 19 December 2017Vorige week heb ik een Oregon kerstboom met ingebouwde leds gekocht. Op vrijdag de eerste keer de lampjes laten branden, en op zaterdag... niets meer. Meteen gebeld, en ze stuurden me meteen een nieuwe adaptor op (2 zelfs)... Helaas van het verkeerde type. Dan maar opnieuw telefonisch contact gemaakt en geprobeerd uit te leggen wat er verkeerd is gegaan, maar ze eisten, en bleven eisen dat ik alles per mail regelde. Waar ik geen zin meer in had, natuurlijk. Ik wou een menselijke stem horen zeggen dat we vòòr Kerstavond (binnen 4 dagen!) lichtjes gingen hebben. Ze gooiden de telefoon gewoon dicht.. Bij heropbellen... meteen op de haak.... Wordt hopelijk vervolgd... Ondertussen is er een nieuwe adaptor onderweg. Duimen maar! ..En 't is weer een verkeerde....

Italy | 07 December 2016Sconsiglio vivamente chiunque a comprare da questa ditta. L'albero, mi è stato consegnato in due fasi e in ritardo. Ordinato il 7 Dic. e ricevuto dopo Natale. Non era il tipo ordinato, troppo alto, ed inoltre si presentava con aghi di tre tipi diversi oltre al fatto che i rami sono molto radi e ben diverso da quello pubblicizzato nel sito.

France | 21 October 2016J'ai eu l'occasion, à deux reprises maintenant, de commander des sapins en PE (Delaware de luxe, 2m10 et 1m50). Rendu magnifique et bluffant de réalisme. Bon nombre de visiteurs ont longtemps cru qu'il s'agissait de vrais arbres. Livraison impeccable et dans les délais annoncés. Félicitations à toute l'équipe de Royal Christmas ! PS : le site internet n'est pas très ergonomique et peut rebuter certains clients potentiels. A améliorer.
