Cooker went wrong one month after warranty, and anyone would expect a cooker to last more then that amount of time, couldn't even speak to anyone about it as the phone service tells you via automated service nothing they can do, which is nonsense. No speaking to anyone or discuss options, nothing. A cooker should last more than 13 months. Awful customer service, if you can even call it that.

Delivery was good all units carried into kitchen although originally scheduled delivery date was the Wednesday and I took a day off wbork only to be told be email on Wednesday that the delivery was reschedule for the following day

After a month my appliance has still not arrived. I was told it would take one week. I reminded them after 3 weeks, but it there is still no sign of it.
