My 3rd purchase from Appliances Direct, great delivery well within the time promised. This fire pit is beautiful, it is good quality and I think its great value, you'd pay double this for something simple in a garden centre.

Spoke to an advisor no problem ordering my barbecue,price was good .Delivery was excellent was kept well informed. I have no checked or put the bbq together yet but would definitely use Appliances Direct again

Cooker hood and extra filters delivered. Bag with filters opened and one missing. Photo on delivery company website ahowing delivery driver wirh ripped bag being delivered - poor. Would appreciate you sending me another filter thanks.

Good price, quick delivery and we are super pleased with the new oven. Only quibble was that the oven only came with only one oven rack. I've had to buy a second rack separately.

Driver was very accommodating , assisted me in locating drier in garage, removed all packaging and old machine as requested. Delivery was late. Scheduled to be made between 13.30 and 17.30, actually arrived at 20.30

For the second time this year have used Appliances Direct. Excellent service with friendly/helpful staff. Purchase just what I wanted. Opted for unpacking new appliance and removal of old one - well worth paying the small amount extra. Good delivery experience with information about delivery time. Thank you all round!

The service delivery kept me updated and rang prior to delivery saying on way. Took all rubbish and the courtesy call I had after was I happy with goods etc. for me this is excellent service was recommended will use again

AVOID THIS COMPANY - ordered 4 radiators, paid extra approx £50 for next day delivery ( Monday 2nd Feb) got an email on 2nd saying it will be delivered on 4th Feb. Then on 4th Feb I got an email to say it will be delivered on 1st May 2025 ( so no heating for me for 3 months) they offer me £10 as an apology. I was able to cancelled the order but with no compensation for the inconvenience .there was no apology. You should not advertise next day delivery if you are bringing your stocks from China or some other place once you get the order. I have builders waiting unable to finish the job. Will never use your company and wil not recommend your company to anyone .
