Absolutely shocking company with no after sales care. Made a big order from them yet after just 6 weeks I have a faulty item and yet they refuse to fix the issue. Send you to the manufacturer yet they are just as bad so I am left without the appliance.

Ordered products and was told would they would email me the invoice and i would be texted a delivery slot .I received nothing and when I contacted them the next morning the assistant had put the wrong email down completely different from mine where he had got this from I don't no !Never received any notification about delivery.

Great American fridge freezer delivered promptly by delightful couple of guys who unwrapped took old one and packing away. Superb service, in fact perfect all round.

The delivery was great. I did pay £14.99 for unpacking and taking it away, which was not done, make sure you get what you pay for.

had a delivery and installation due on 7 feb.. they brought the dishwasher, but they couldnt work out how to remove the old 1 to fit it, so they said they would send the installation team. 2 guys turned up today did a great job tidied up after themselves

Ordered three freezers after assurances from salesman that they would be delivered within 2 days. Arrived after 5 days, in the end, but Customer Services agreed this was unacceptable and provided a modest refund. These things happen sometimes, but Appliances Direct were good about making amends. I will use them again.

Ordered a refurbished washing machine after 10 days wait machine arrived, but first wash water was pouring out the bottom of the machine, rang helpline when I finally got someone they asked me to stay on the line then cut me off.
