I purchased my Meaco ABC 10l dehumidifier from appliance direct and I can't fault them! The price was cheaper then the more well known suppliers, I paid for next day delivery and it was promptly delivered by dpd at the time specified. I would definitely purchase from them again!

Polite, efficient delivery and good warning of ETA

Product arrived so poorly packaged from supplier that APC delivery driver photographed it. All pieces of shower kit were loose and some washers were missing.The delivery charge of £15.00 did not reflect care in postage. On phoning to get a resolution was directed to offshore call centre with no resolution. Not really happy. Contacted by Appliances Direct who apologised and kindly refunded my delivery charge. In that respect a company that listens to complaints and resolved issues. Good customer relations.
