I have ordered several items from them, including furniture consoles, coffee tables, decor and other items. They keep you informed on delivery, and addressed any issues quickly.

I wish that the ability to purchase the extended warranty had been integrated into the request a quote flow shopping cart.

the first time my desk was delivery with damage. The second time I pay extra for white glove delivery, but I did not get it, just the desk on the floor (basic delivery according to the paperwork). As I was about to put it together with my husband, we found out that the hardware was missing. Everything went wrong, twice!! Could you please send me the screws that are supposed to hold the desk together? Thank you

I was disappointed that sales person told me item would be shipped 1st week of Dec but ETA on delivery is 2-3 weeks out I chose Grayson since I thought I was getting the item delivered earlier than where I was originally going to purchase

I confirmed and paid for White Glove Delivery for 2 nightstands on 1 delivery. Fragile Pak advised on 11/1/22 via texts that both pieces were intransit. Just learned on 11/11/22 Fragile Pak will deliver 1 piece curbside. Grayson Living failed to advise Fragile Pak that I had paid for White Glove Delivery. Also paid for White Glove Delivery for the 2nd piece once I learned Fragile Pak would deliver it later...
