I have a very good experience with Grayson living. They have wide range of furniture. The customer service is awesome. From the time of ordering to the delivery, it was very easy to get hold of customer service dept. They were ready to answer all the product related questions. I had a glitch, my furniture was damaged upon arrival, I called Grayson living. Wendy helped me with the entire process. She was very patient and answered all my questions. Within a week they processed a replacement. Thank you Casey for the processing the claim so quick.

While you are unable to fulfill my order for two and a half months (at least), you've instantly charged me the full amount, therefore taking over $1000 from me and holding it for that time before you even have my purchase in hand. This is bad policy, for a variety of reasons.

I hate leaving bad reviews and rarely ever do, but.....Grayson Living was fine, it's the product I'm super disappointed in. We ordered the Stratford dining table, bench, and entry table by Uttermost. It took a half year for us to get each piece one by one. When we went to put the entry table together the holes did not line up. After months of waiting our option was to go through a lengthy process of photos and notes to get it returned to Grayson Living. We then would have to wait months and months to get a replacement so we decided to just drill a new hole and fix it ourselves. Part of the dining room table and bench were not even stained. My biggest disappointment is the fact that the wood on all of these pieces is super soft low quality lumber. When I spend almost $2000 on just the dining room table I would have expected better quality durable wood. I want to cry because I am past the return period before I realized how crappy and soft the wood was. I can move a plate and the table will dent or scar. It can't even handle a warm plate without it ruining the wood and stain.

We have been shopping for the right 60 inch round dinning room table for our new home. We located the one we were looking for on the Grayson Living site, and the site showed the product available with a 3-4 week shipping time. The site was easy to navigate and to place the order. Once order we were contacted via email and phone call to explain the manufacturer was out of stock, and the item was being back ordered until 9/8/2022 from a 7/1/2022 order date. The rep was very pleasant, however we wish the web-site would have been more precise with the delivery time frame being the item was not in stock at the facility. We still look forward to receiving the table, and we sad that the delivery time was pushed out an additional month.

Wonderful experience! Purchased Saturday, realized needed earlier than expected delivery, so emailed on Sunday canceling. Received almost immediate response with updated delivery time due to expected in stock date. So continued order. Received notification of estimated ship date Monday 4th of July). Amazing service on holiday weekend!

The credenza is beautiful and well made. However, the middle section internal shelf was damaged in 2 places and whoever packaged it at manufacturer must have seen it and packaged it anyway. Fortunately, it is on bottom of shelf and I will not be storing heavy objects on it.

I ordered and received a prompt response that the item is on backorder and provided a date that the item would be available. That is good customer service in my opinion, instead of wondering when, all things were addressed to my satisfaction. I will follow up once it arrives and is installed.
