There are several reasons why: 1) I’ve been able to find here hard to find sold out items everywhere else 2) Not only I’ve found items I was looking for I found them at special deal at Garmentory too 3) By buying at Garmentory you support an individual, privately owned business, help them keep going by purchasing through their shop/boutique and that’s a nice feeling too! 4) I’ve always been happy with the shipping and delivery times 5) Some boutiques go an extra length in beautifully packaging the items and pack the item as if it was a present - it makes the purchase even more enjoyable when unwrapping

The variety of stores and products is what keeps me going back, as well as the quality of the products I have purchased. Nearly every purchase has shipped / arrived quickly. The sellers are always communicative, if any situation has come up, and Garmentory CS is always helpful when I've needed to reach out.

Garmentory lets you price compare across shops if you know what you want, but I find it is best for finding unique things I didn't know about! If I want a sweater, I will find something much more unique here than anywhere else--I love Garmentory!

The low cost international shipping has made it possible to get items from overseas that would normally charge huge shipping fees. Communication was great & shipping was fast. Will definitely be purchasing though garmentory again!

I love their search features and discovering new boutiques that I wouldn't have supported otherwise. I especially love how easy it is to buy from Canadian stores. This may sound odd to some, but I also actually appreciate that they have realistic and transparent policies for a smaller company supporting smaller boutiques. As someone who is friend's with a small business owner, having an endless window for returns and hiding the high cost of shipping insurance fees, etc. can stress and put these small boutiques out of business. Look forward to my next purchase through them!

United States | 27 January 2023So I ordered a pair of Boots in November 2022 through their UPS service. January arrived but my boots never did. I called Garmentory and they said because I did not purchase their additional safety shipping fee, that is a click on the purchase page, my order was lost and couldn’t be found. I said what??? What is this??? Why would I need to pay you additional money when you already charged me for UPS fee? We are now entering February I still have not received my boots and Garmentory said they will not be responsible for the lost shipment because I didn’t buy the additional protection. I made a claim with UPS and they have no record of my lost item. It just disappeared. I mean was it ever shipped? Garmentory said they will give me credit to spend in their store. So do I have buy this extra shipping protection on top of another UPS fee if I want to buy something else? I want a refund I do not want to gamble with this company. They are horrible!!!

Australia | 24 January 2023Garmentory makes my online shopping experience so enjoyable - the people at Garmentory always replies to my emails super fast, the prices are great, and one time I saw the item I purchased got discounted right after I purchased it and emailed them and they gave me a gap refund so I got the discounted price! That made my day!

One seller, Beklina, sent the items right away, via UPS, this I received in about 2 days. It came direct from the designer. The other seller -- a boutique shop--sent the item (MOTHER jeans) via USPS which took a little longer. Not sure why different sellers use different shipping companies, but I did appreciate the UPS quick delivery. The items were all beautiful and as described. I love the selection of items. Unique, modern, and chic! Thanks Garmentory!

I’ve experienced highly responsive, timely and helpful communication regarding shipping and delivery, or when an item is out of stock or a size is no longer available and immediate action is always taken to rectify the situation (e.g., full refund and/or choice of another similar item when available).

It is so important to have and support small business/designers. I also enjoy the content they post on Instagram. All in all, I appreciate all the unique clothes, shoes, accessories,etc. Garmentory has prioritized quality over quantity and that to me is very important.

One time I returned something late and reached out to customer service asking if they could excuse the lateness and if I could still get a refund and they allowed it. It made me really happy and I continue to shop here because of my great experience!

United States | 12 January 2023Short version: Garmentory backstabs customer rather than admit that item has not been through quality control and sold to customer as defective. Full: Buyer beware, this business will backstab you to get your money. I received a garment neatly folded which looked new, and had a price/brand tag attached at the collar. The item not being to my liking, I decided to return it. Had I known at the time of item reception that the item was defective, I would have filed a complaint. Shortly after receiving it, I mailed it back to them with the return label they had sent me. They emailed me a few days later to let me know the goods were damaged. I then realized what had happened (that I had received defective goods without knowing it). I clarified that I had received the garment this way, and that the damage must have come from a previous customer or from the merchant they were reselling the item from. What followed was a chain of emails with various customer representatives, repeating back to me the same textbook message that they are sorry but according to their terms, they cannot refund me for goods that are damaged. They ignored the fact that THEY had sold me those goods damaged!! I expected the misunderstanding to be promptly resolved. No apology on their part for sending me defective goods, instead they accuse me of having damaged the goods. Buyer beware, if you buy from this company, do so knowing that you may very well receive defective merchandise, and be charged for it without receiving any replacement item or refund!
