The selection of unique pieces can't be beat and prices were reasonable, many of my selections were on sale. Only downside is obviously not being able to return unless you pay the fee. I actually purchased swimwear that didn't work out and wasn't aware was final sale but overall most sizing was accurate. I will continue to shop because I love the boutique styles and unique pieces you can't find anywhere else. I told my daughter about the site and now she is hooked too

The selection is excellent and it is easy to navigate the site to find what I like. Pricing is fair and shipping is always prompt with excellent communication.

Great product, and concept of a website. Had some shipping issues around the holiday's but was able to work through it.

I ordered a gift for Christmas and the item didn’t work out. It cost me $250. When I went to process a return, it said my return window passed December 22nd. How is that even appropriate when they know it is Christmas time and people need to do exchanges and returns. I’m told they’re competing as a small business. Hope they enjoy keeping my money so they can stay in business in a robbery kind of way

Absolutely amazing customer service. I have received on my current order apparently my size I ordered was sold out at first I was so unhappy cause I thought I won't be getting my shoes but customer service emailed saying they have one in a sz up i said that would be great after that I got my shoes and in a short period of time

Terrible customer service. Representative can’t answer a question. You have 7 days to request an authorization number AND ship back. If you ship on day 10, Garmentory will threaten to refuse your parcel, even if they authorized the return, provided return shipping label and knowing it’s in transit delivery expected the following day. Truly disappointing and you will feel really disrespected. There’s so many places to shop, I would not bother to shop at Garmentory with that terrible stressful return process.

Garmentory is my go-to spot for unique items from Indie and sustainable designers where I can find unique garments, shoes etc that inspire my style. I consider Garmentory a place mostly for investment pieces and slow fashion. I always have a long wish list! My only wish would be for more product photos and better shipping rates.

Buyer Beware! The return policy is punishing. I ordered a pair of size 9 women's shoes (I have worn 9 my whole adult life). The shoes were labelled 9 but they were much larger and mis-sized (I checked with a local shoe store). Garmentory refused to take them back for an exchange. They suggested a website where I could re-sell them! If you buy it from Garmentory, you better like what you get because it's likely that they won't take the item back. Stay away. I know I will. Experienced poor, unhelpful and unwilling service throughout the course of 2-3 weeks. The duration of this back and forth highlights their incompetence and reluctancy to put the customer first. Shop direct and do not use middle men such as garmentory.

They are middle men sellers from other companies. They DO NOT back up merchandise they sell if they are defective and damaged!! Shame on them......Please DO NOT order anything from them, they are SWINDLERS!! I will NEVER be a customer again, as I was STUCK with a defective sweatshirt that has built in stains/dark markings in the material. It is an expensive item too. I even showed them the damage and all they would say was we will pay for cleaning, after basically admitting the damage on the item. They would not do a return, since they said they are a small company, and obviously wanted to keep their money share, as they are VERY GREEDY, and DO NOT care if they "Middle Sell" FAULTY clothing items!! STAY STAY FAR AWAY, Garmentory are CROOKS!!
