I have been making purchases through Garmentory for several years now. I happened upon the site and appreciate the variety of the boutiques and their products. It has been a great way for me to explore new styles and has provided style inspiration.

Living in Australia means its a long way form the centre of things but Garmentory means that you have the choice from the world! Quick and efficient service and a really interesting and diverse range of clothing on offer!

If you are in Canada, I highly advise not ordering from here. The customs and duties were over 50% of the price, and they arrived well past the 6-12 day shipping. If you need to return your items, you will not get the paid duties back either. Although it seems like a great way to get clothes online from the States, sites like Revolve include duties and returns in their (already great) prices.

I've been a long time user of this site. They don't disappoint with the access to style and helpfulness with snafus. Only quick responses with questions from their team and shipping is just as fast. I can't speak highly enough about them!

A joke. I ordered a pair a Salomon Shoes and paid extra for fast shipping (*) . Once received the shoes didn't look like those I supposed to receive. Got in touch with them providing pics. I was told I had to return them right away ( too bad I flew out of State the next morning - hence I pid for fast shipping *- and won't be back for a week) 'after a close review we /they don't see any discrepancy'. I am basically been called a liar by someone who's probably blind.

I would not recommend buying from them at all. They have a horrible return policy only a 7 day window and the clothes are so expensive and very horrible quality. I bought two tops full price over $100 and they are coming apart at the seams after a couple of wears. I reached out to them about it and they responded with “ that is a bummer”.

I bought an earring. I pay 15 dollars for shipping to get the shiny one. There was nothing in the envelope that I paid $104.18 and sent a chat request email, but they did not respond. It's so angry and meaningless. Sooo Crazy.

Never purchase from this website. I placed an order in January. Was charged in February, the items never shipped. They have yet to refund me and have provided no resolution or helpful customer service. It's been 6 months.

I can always find something to order on Garmentory. The order is processed quickly, and the ordered item received equally as fast. My most recent order were these persimmon earrings from Seree. I received the earrings within 3-4 days. Terrific!
