United States | 14 March 2022Poor customer service. They sent me the wrong item and when I requested the correct item to be sent they tried to charge me more than what I had originally paid! They messed up on the pricing originally. Which is and should not be on the customer. That is 100% on Garmentory. I requested to have the correct item sent and at the price I origanally paid. They refused to budge. So for $8 you lost a customer that would be spending 100s of dollars. Awesome buisness sense.

New Zealand | 11 March 2022I was amazed at how well my first Garmentory experience went. I live in New Zealand and my item was in a store in Portland U.S at an unreturnable sale price. The Garmentory customer service was faultless with a speedy dispatch and very quick trip to NZ. There was a personal note from the retailer in the bag and the item was immaculate. I wasn't sure it was all going to work out- or even if I could trust Garmentory but thanks team- the experience was seamless and I love my Paloma Wool top ( unavailable in my size in NZ). Recommend 100%.

I reached out on a Friday when I originally got the item and by Monday everything was resolved. They were also super kind a very communicative throughout the whole process. Definitely recommend for supporting your local boutiques online and buying designer pieces.
