I contacted customer service to ask if an exchange was possible. They responded promptly and worked with the boutique seller to facilitate a one-time exchange. I received multiple emails from Garmentory keeping me up to date on the process. I was impressed with the level of customer service I received and am happy with the final outcome. jkennealy

Canada | 13 January 2022If I could give Garmentory zero stars I would. Customer service is a joke - they clearly do not value the client. One item never made it and was returned by Garmentory istself , yet I was only partially refunded ( charged for shipping) The second item arrived 2 months late ( despite advertising international shipping 14 business days.) Dealing with Jemma is a nightmare - she does not appreciate or value client retention - refused to refund me and then tried to offer a $15 on account - now what are you thinking trying to dangle carrots - adding insult to injury. I would not recommend this company - which is unfortunate as I prefer to support small business. But come on - get with it . At the end of the day, without your customers you have nothing.

I have a deep passion for small/sustainable fashion labels, however I live just below the Arctic Circle in Northern Canada and we don’t have many clothing stores. Unfortunately the product I bought didn’t appear as the picture showed it, but when I brought that to her attention, they immediately agreed to send a shipping label for me to return it. Their response to my emails were almost split second fast. Weak Customer Service has been a major problem during Covid, these people have figured it out. Well done!
